Shipping and returns

All items are carefully packed and shipped from Amsterdam.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that any additional costs such as import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the nature of our collection — consisting primarily of unique and second-hand items — returns are not accepted. Each product is clearly photographed and described to provide an accurate representation.

However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us. We will always work together to find a suitable solution.

As most items are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods, VAT is not separately charged.
